Who am I

Turning bold business ideas into seamless technical solutions.

I lead product delivery for Wafir, a Qatar Central Bank regulated ROSCA savings platform at Ajyal Fintech. I own the roadmap and coordinate engineering, business, compliance and risk, operations, QA and external partners including the regulator.

I translate business and regulatory needs into requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria, and I designed the end-to-end customer journey from digital onboarding and eKYC through circle enrolment and payouts. Completed onboardings grew from around 100 at pilot to more than 4,000 in production.

Before fintech I built customer-facing platforms at A101 for Qatar Foundation, Sidra Medicine, the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, including an e-commerce product generating more than 100,000 QAR in annual sales.
